El 28, 29 y 30 de septiembre se realizó en Chile el II Congreso Internacional de Turismo Idiomático, en la ciudad de Valparaíso. ILE Montevideo, integró la delegación uruguaya del GTI (Grupo de Turismo Idiomático). Además de las actividades del Congreso, también se firmó el estatuto del FLAELE, la Federación Latinoamericana de Español Lengua Extranjera.

The Second International Congress of Language Tourism was held in Valparaiso, Chile, on September 28th, 29th and 30th . ILE Montevideo attended the congress as part of the Uruguayan Delegation. Apart from the Congress’ activities, the statute of FLAELE (Latin American Delegation of Spanish as a Foreign Language) was signed.
